From which manufacturer do you get your blank T-shirts?

Since the sustainability of our products is very important to us, we have decided to use T-shirts of the brand STANLEY/STELLA. You can find detailed information about STANLEY/STELLA here.

How are your T-shirts finished?

Show
Environmentally conscious and sustainable production of our goods is a major concern for us. That’s why we print our T-shirts in the screen printing process with water-based inks in the Leipzig screen printing workshop osw. In this way we avoid additional transport routes and have the opportunity to actively accompany the entire finishing process.

I'm not sure what size to order. Can you help me?

In our product description you will find a measurement chart for our T-shirts. It tells you exactly which size should fit you. If you need help finding the right size for you, send us an email to hi@typerotation.com and we will be happy to help you.

A product I would like is sold out in your shop. Is there a possibility to order it anyway or to wait for a re-production?

We want to offer you individual and exclusive design products. Therefore we produce all goods only once in a limited edition. If a product on our website is sold out, it is unfortunately no longer available and will not be produced again. We are constantly developing new goods and hope that you like another product as well. If you would like to be informed about our new products, please subscribe to our newsletter.

Do I need an account to shop with you?

A registration/creation of an account is not necessary for the purchase in our shop. However, an account has several advantages: all purchase processes are documented in it, all receipts are managed and the latest version of the Typerotation font software is available for download at any time.

I saw that you also offer goods. Can I buy Typerotation font licenses and goods together in one checkout process?

Yes, it's possible. Both are processed in a single sales transaction. Please note, however, that the purchase of the font licenses cannot be changed or canceled afterwards.

I have ordered both goods and a Typerotation font software license, can I change the order afterwards?

Yes, that is possible, you can change the order of goods within 12 hours of purchase. Please send an email to hi@typerotation.com and add your order details. The order of a Typerotation font software license is final with the payment and cannot be changed afterwards. Please read our General Terms and EULA for further information.

Where do you deliever your goods?

We deliver our goods within Germany and to all countries in the EU, but not to islands. If you come from an island, live outside the EU and/or have your company headquarters there, direct ordering via our website is not possible. Shipping to countries outside of the EU and to islands is subject to many different customs regulations, which we cannot cover in a lump sum. To order our products nevertheless, please send us an email to hi@typerotation.com with your desired products and the country you live in and we will inform you about the individual shipping costs..

Is there a way to order your products from a country outside the EU?

Yes, but a direct order via our online shop is unfortunately not possible. Shipping to countries outside of the EU and to islands is subject to many different customs regulations, which we cannot cover in a lump sum. Send us an email with your desired goods and your country and we will inform you about the individual shipping costs.

I have not received an order confirmation. Will my order still be processed?

After completion of the purchase (place order) you will automatically receive an email with the confirmation of your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation after 30 minutes and it has not been placed in your spam folder, please send us an email to hi@typerotation.com with your contact details and information about your order (what you ordered, when it was placed, etc.) We will check what happened.

I would like to order your goods for my company. Is that possible or do you only deliver to private customers?

Of course you can also order our goods for your company. You have to provide your valid VAT number and the corresponding registration address of your company at the checkout. Your order from the EU is then subject to the Reverse-Charge procedure, i.e. the German VAT is omitted on the invoice and you have to pay the VAT of your country in your country. If your company is located in a country outside the EU, VAT is not applicable.

Can I also pick up my ordered goods directly from you?

Unfortunately it is not possible to collect the goods yourself. If it should be very urgent, we can make an exception. Please send us an email to hi@typerotation.com before placing an order.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, it's possible. You have the possibility to enter a different delivery address during checkout. It is even easier if you have a customer account and enter the address in the address book. This way you can also access the address in the checkout for future orders.

What kind of materials do you use for your shipping?

We want your product to arrive safely, that's why we have individual shipping materials for our products. As with the products themselves, sustainability plays a central role for us. We therefore only use recycled or recyclable packaging and try to keep the amount of plastic as low as possible. We also use paper tape and FSC®-certified tissue paper. We are licensed as customers of Der Grüne Punkt and fulfill our obligations to participate in the system according to the packaging law..

How do you send your goods?

We have made the experience that DHL is one of the most reliable shipping service providers. We ship our products exclusively as insured DHL parcels. We also focus on ecology when shipping and therefore send all packages with DHL GoGreen. With the tracking number you can check the shipping status of your order at any time.

What are the shipping costs for your products?

In general we try to keep the shipping costs for you as low as possible. Depending on the country to which the delivery is to be sent, the shipping costs can vary between 6,90 — 14,90 Euro. A detailed list of our shipping costs can be found here. Please note that ordering to islands or countries outside the EU is not possible directly via our shop. Please email us if you want to order from another country and we will inform you about the shipping costs.

How long does it take until the shipment reaches me?

This varies from country to country. After receiving your order, we will prepare the product for shipping within the next three days and then hand it over to our shipping service provider DHL. Please read how long a package normally takes to arrive in your destination country here.

Is possible to ship products with express delivery?

We do not offer shipping with DHL Express via our website. If it is really super urgent, please contact us by email at hi@typerotation.com and we’ll try to find a solution together, so that your order finds its way to you as soon as possible. We will then inform you about the higher costs for express delivery.

Is it possible to track my order?

As soon as we have handed over the goods to our shipping service provider DHL, you will receive an email with a tracking code. You can enter this code on the DHL page and check the shipping status of your order at any time.

My package does not arrive within the delivery time indicated. What happened?

Sometimes a delivery takes longer than expected. As soon as you receive an email from us with your tracking code, we have handed over the package to our shipping service provider DHL. Please be patient and check tomorrow and possibly the day after tomorrow again with your tracking code where your package is at the moment. If the time of delay is clearly exceeded, we ask you to contact DHL directly. The DHL staff can check where your package is at the moment. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us by email at hi@typerotation.com. Don’t forget to attach your order details and tracking code. We will try to find out what happened to your package as soon as possible.

DHL says that my package has been delivered. But I never received my order. What is the matter?

Was the package dropped off at your neighbor's house? If you have not got any written information from DHL about who received your package, it is best to contact DHL directly. DHL staff can track where your package is at any time. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us by email at hi@typerotation.com. Do not forget to attach your order details and tracking code. We will try to find out what happened to your package as soon as possible.

I accidentally ordered the wrong good. What can I do?

If the product has already been shipped, you can only return it to us. You will then be refunded the purchase price and you can order the right product anew. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us directly by email at hi@typerotation.com so that we can clarify the matter and check if the product you want is still in stock.

Can I return my order?

Of course we hope that you are satisfied with your product and would like to keep it. If you still wish to return it, you can of course do so. Please send us an email with your order confirmation and we will send you the return label. As soon as we have received the goods, we will refund you the amount paid by the same method of payment. You can also find our returns policy here.

How many days do I have to return my order?

After you have received your order, you have 14 days to return it to us. The exact terms and conditions for returning our goods can be found in our returns policy.

What does the return shipment cost me?

We will cover the costs of the return shipment if you decide to return your goods to us with our return label from DHL. Please send us an email and we will send you the return label which you can print out yourself. If you decide to use another shipping company, you will have to pay the costs for the return shipment yourself.

When will I receive my refund after I have returned my order?

As soon as we receive your goods, we will check your goods and reimburse the price you paid using the same payment method.

Do I also get the shipping costs refunded?

Yes, if you send your goods back to us, we will refund the shipping costs. Excluded from this are the shipping costs for express delivery. If you return only a part of your order, we will not refund the shipping costs.

I would like to cancel my order. What should I do?

The cancellation of an order that contains only goods is generally possible within 12 hours. Since we will process your order as soon as possible and prepare it for shipping, you should immediately send us an email to hi@typerotation.com to stop the processing. Please note, however, that you cannot cancel an order that contains fonts. As stated in our EULA and General Terms, all font purchases are final. So if you are unsure, it would be better to purchase the different product groups in two different purchase processes.

How can I delete my customer account?

Does Typeroation calculate VAT?

Our company is registered in Germany and subject to VAT (value added tax). Therefore, we add German VAT to any orders from Germany. If you are from a country within the European Union (EU), you can enter your VAT number and the corresponding registered company address at the checkout, thus avoiding paying German VAT (Reverse Charge procedure). You then have to pay your local VAT in your country. If you order from a country within the European Union (EU) but can not show a valid VAT number, you are obliged to pay the German VAT. For any orders outside the EU and outside of Europe, you don't have to pay VAT.

What does reverse charge mean?

Reverse charge is an option for companies within the European Union to avoid paying VAT (value added tax) in the seller's country. If you are from a country within the European Union (EU), you can enter your VAT number and the corresponding registered company address during the checkout process. Then no German VAT will be shown on the invoice. You have to pay your local VAT in your country (Reverse Charge procedure). If you order from a country within the European Union (EU) but can not show a valid VAT number, you are obliged to pay the German VAT. We know that can be difficult to understand. Please do not hesitate to send us an email if you have any questions about VAT and reverse charge.

What currency are your purchases in?

Can I also pay in a currency other than €?

Since we are based in Germany, all purchases are made in €, but we make exceptions if necessary. Please contact us before purchasing to discuss your needs. However, there may be additional costs for paying in a different currency..

Which payment methods do you offer on our website?

You can pay with PayPal or credit card (stripe).

Is it also possible to pay via bank transfer?

Yes, payment by bank transfer is possible, but must be done manually outside of our shop website. Therefore, this process will take a bit longer. Please email us at hi@typerotation.com.

My credit card is not working. What can I do?

Sometimes it happens that the credit institution can block the process. In this case, you should contact your bank directly and clarify the reason. Alternatively, you have the option of making your payment via PayPal. In exceptional cases we offer the option of payment by bank transfer. Please contact us so that we can find a quick solution to complete your purchase.

I have entered my VAT number and address, but I can't get any further in the checkout. What am I doing wrong?

We will check your VAT number and address against the data registered with the authorities due to legal requirements. It is possible that another address or company name is registered there. Please check your data again and carefully. Even small differences in the wording can lead to an incorrect check result and thus hinder the ordering process.

I forgot to enter my VAT number during checkout. Can I get a corrected invoice?

After the purchase is completed, an invoice is automatically generated/issued and sent to the entered email address. In case the invoice needs to be corrected due to a wrong entry, please contact us by email and we will send you a corrected invoice.

I have voucher for my next purchase. How can I redeem it?
